Shipping Policy

While we cannot guarantee delivery times, you should expect delivery in 3 - 5 working days after receipt of order. We endeavour to meet the following schedule:

Orders will be despatched next business day if the order is received Monday to Thursday by 1:00 PM EST for in-stock merchandise and credit card payment verification is successful. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Thursday or on the weekend are processed the next business day and despatched by the end of the following business day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery time is usually 3 - 5 days.

fossil.com.au will only deliver to addresses within Australia, and only to the payment card holder's billing address.

Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.
